Therapy Services
Are you tired of feeling sad, overwhelmed, lonely or unhappy, even when you are trying your best to hold everything together?
Â
Perhaps you wake up feeling unmotivated, struggle with painful experiences from your past, feel disconnected from the people you love, or find yourself wondering when life will start feeling good again. Maybe you have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you have forgotten how to take care of yourself.
Â
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
Solution-Focused Therapy
When you're dealing with depression, it can feel like all anyone wants to talk about is what's wrong. Solution-focused therapy flips that around. Instead of digging endlessly into the problem, we look at what's already working (even the small stuff, like the fact that you got yourself here), what you want your life to look like, and the realistic next steps to get closer to it.
Â
Together we'll notice the moments when things feel even a little lighter and figure out what's happening in those moments so you can build on them. It's practical, hopeful, and often shorter-term, which is great if you're the kind of person who wants to feel like you're actually getting somewhere.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
Depression has a sneaky way of talking. It tells you things like "nothing ever works out," "I'm a burden," or "why bother?" and after a while, those thoughts start to sound like facts. CBT helps you catch those thoughts, look at them with fresh eyes, and decide whether they actually deserve your trust. We'll also explore how what you think, how you feel, and what you do are all connected, and how small changes in one area can shift the others.
Â
That might mean gently reintroducing activities that used to bring you joy, building routines that support your energy, or practicing new ways of responding to that harsh inner critic. CBT is one of the most well-researched approaches for depression, and it gives you real, usable tools you can keep long after therapy ends.
Who I Help
If you've landed here, chances are something in your life feels heavier than it used to, or you're just tired of white-knuckling your way through it alone. You don't need to have it all figured out or have a "big enough" reason to start therapy. If it matters to you, it matters here.
