Coaching Services

Are you overwhelmed by life, struggling emotionally, or wondering how to move forward?

Overwhelming stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, and uncertain about what to do next.

You don’t have to navigate your current challenges alone.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership focused on where you are now and where you want to go next. Think of it like having a guide for the stuck parts of life. You bring the goals, the hopes, and the "I know I should be doing this but I'm not" stuff, and together we figure out how to actually make it happen.

Coaching is forward-focused. Instead of spending a lot of time unpacking the past, we look at your present day-to-day life and build practical steps toward the future you want. That might mean creating routines that support your energy, setting goals that feel realistic instead of overwhelming, working through the things that keep tripping you up, or simply getting clear on what matters most to you.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching works best for people who are generally functioning in daily life but feel stuck, low, unmotivated, or disconnected and want structured support to make changes. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you're experiencing severe depression, have been diagnosed with a mental health condition that needs treatment, or are having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or your doctor. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

How It Works

1. A free intro call
We'll start with a relaxed 15 to 20 minute conversation. You can tell me a bit about what's going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense. Zero commitment, and you don't need to have the "right" words.

2. Getting clear on your goals
In our first full session, we'll talk about what you want to feel different. Maybe it's having more energy, getting back into a routine, reconnecting with people, or just finding a few things that make you feel human again. We'll turn those big hopes into small, realistic goals.

3. Building your plan
Together we'll create a plan that actually fits your life, your energy level, and your schedule. That might include daily routines, sleep and movement habits, ways to quiet that harsh inner voice, or small steps toward things you've been putting off.

4. Regular sessions and check-ins
We'll meet regularly to see what's working, what isn't, and what needs adjusting. Some weeks will feel like progress and some won't, and that's completely normal. My job is to help you keep moving forward without beating yourself up along the way.

5. Celebrating progress
Small wins count here. Doing the dishes counts. Texting a friend back counts. We'll notice those wins and build on them until the good days start outnumbering the hard ones.

Who I Help

You're getting through the day, technically. You go to work, answer the emails, feed yourself (most of the time), and show up where you're supposed to. But underneath it all, something feels off. Life has started to feel more like a to-do list than something you're actually living.

People often come to see me when they're dealing with:

Stuck. You know you want something to change, you just can't figure out where to start, so nothing changes at all.

Unmotivated. Things you used to enjoy feel like chores now, and the couch has become suspiciously comfortable.

Tired all the time. Not "I need a nap" tired. More like running on fumes for so long you forgot what a full tank feels like.

Overwhelmed. Your brain has 47 tabs open, and at least one of them is playing music you can't find.

Disconnected. From friends, from the things you care about, maybe even from yourself.

Hard on yourself. There's a voice in your head that's quick to point out everything you didn't get done and slow to notice everything you did.

In a rut with your routines. Sleep is off, habits have slipped, and every Monday you promise yourself this is the week things get back on track.

Going through a transition. A new job, a breakup, a move, an empty house, or a big birthday has you asking "okay, so now what?"

Ready for more. Nothing is technically wrong, but you know you're capable of feeling better than this, and you're tired of waiting for motivation to show up on its own.
